Griveance Addressal Centre
At Aurora's PG College (MCA) - Nampally, we are committed to fostering a transparent, fair, and responsive environment for all our students, faculty, and staff. To uphold this commitment, we have established a dedicated Grievance Redressal Centre in accordance with UGC and AICTE guidelines.
Objectives
- To ensure that grievances are addressed promptly, impartially, and confidentially
- To provide a formal mechanism for students and staff to voice their concerns
- To uphold accountability and improve institutional practices
What Can Be Reported?
- Academic and administrative issues
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Infrastructure-related concerns
- Suggestions for institutional improvement
- Any form of unfair treatment or grievance affecting college life
Grievance Redressal Committee
A duly constituted committee, chaired by a senior faculty member, regularly reviews and resolves complaints. Students can also directly approach the Grievance Officer for urgent matters.
How to Submit a Grievance?
- Fill out the Grievance Form available at the College Office
- Submit your concern via the official grievance email ID or drop box at the campus

All complaints are handled with utmost confidentiality and seriousness, and action is taken within a defined timeframe.
